The rooms may include scenes of horror, smoke, loud or intense sounds, darkness, simulated blood, confined spaces, or other effects designed to create an immersive atmosphere. During the experience, physical contact by actors may occur strictly for narrative purposes and to enhance the overall ambiance, always conducted with respect toward the player. Any physical contact or attempt of contact by players towards actors or any staff member is strictly prohibited, as is any form of threatening, offensive, obscene, harassing, or dangerous behavior. Mad of Escape reserves the right to immediately terminate the game without prior notice in case of violation of the above, without any right to refund or compensation of any kind.
Players are required to respect the room, set elements, props, equipment, and all components of the experience. Any damage caused due to negligence, failure to follow instructions, or inappropriate behavior is the sole financial responsibility of the group or the individual who caused it. The company reserves the right to demand immediate compensation for the full repair or replacement cost.
In case any player voluntarily leaves the game for any reason, the group remains fully responsible for the payment of the total booking cost. Failure to complete the game does not constitute grounds for any refund.

The parent/guardian assumes full and exclusive responsibility for the minor’s presence, behavior, safety, and psychological condition. The company bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from undisclosed age, concealed conditions, or failure to report special health circumstances.
The company sends a confirmation SMS 1–2 days before the scheduled booking. If there is no response, a follow-up phone call will be made up to 3 hours before the scheduled arrival time. If the team cannot be reached or explicit confirmation is not provided, Mad of Escape reserves the right to cancel the booking without any obligation toward the team.
By booking and participating in the game, the person responsible for the reservation declares that they have read and fully accepted all the above terms and have informed all team members about the content, participation requirements, risks, and rules of the rooms. Continuing participation constitutes implied consent from all players.
